BlackEagle Partners, the private equity firm that created and owns US LBM, acquired the Midwest operations of Lyman Holding Co. The acquisition involves Lyman Lumber's location in Chanhassen, Minn., and its various subsidiaries, including Automated Building Components, Carpentry Contractors Corp., and Lyman Lumber of Wisconsin. Wisconsin Dealer Buys Cabinetry, Flooring Firm

Campbellsport (Wis.) Building Supply has agreed in principle to acquire Drexel Interiors, a cabinetry and flooring company based in the Milwaukee suburb of Brookfield, Wis. The transaction is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, at which point Drexel will become Drexel Inc. and will partner with Campbellsport and its sister lumberyards in Wisconsin, Berlin Building Supply and Kiel Building Supply. More
