The Cortex concealed fastening system eliminates the need to caulk, sand, or paint to hide fastener holes in PVC trim boards. A combined setting tool and drive bit countersinks a special trim screw and creates a cored hole above the screw, allowing placement of a Cortex PVC plug that sits flush with the trim surface.
