According to the latest Census data, new-home sales rose by 16.7% month over month from April to May and 12.9% year over year from May 2019's new-home sales estimate. At the same time, the Meyers Research New Home Pending Sales Index rose by 16.7% MOM from April to May—all indicators of a housing market on the rebound.
