Bradco Supply has acquired Insulation Systems, Inc., a North Carolina-based commercial roofing distributor. Insulation Systems maintains three offices in the state in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh. The three branches will continue to operate under the ISI name with former owner Dewey Haizlip remaining with the company to "ensure a smooth transition," Bradco said. More
