Wilson Lumber promoted Nichole Mitchell to the position of vice president of people and culture.
In her new role, Mitchell will continue to oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and health and safety. The company said she will also play a role in driving the organizational development strategies to support Wilson Lumber’s continued growth and success as well as ensure the company culture aligns with the company mission statement and core values.
