Weyerhaeuser has completed the sale of its Michigan timberlands to Lyme Great Lake Holding, an affiliate of The Lyme Timber Company, for approximately $300 million. The transaction was first announced in September and includes around 555,000 acres of timberlands in northern Michigan, the Chinook Observer reports.
