Trex Company named Brenda Lovcik as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company. Lovcik has over 25 years of financial and operational experience with high-profile publicly traded companies.

“Brenda has deep financial expertise gained at global manufacturing companies, a successful track record in business operations, and proven leadership skills,” president and CEO Bryan Fairbanks said. “She brings a wealth of financial and business experience to Trex, where she will be a key member of our executive leadership team as we move forward with our long-term growth strategy.”

Most recently, she served as the chief financial officer, global products, global supply chain and global FP&A at Johnson Controls. Prior to Johnson Controls, Lovcik had a 20-year career at Medtronic, which included roles as senior vice president, finance and global FP&A, and chief financial officer.
