Simpson Strong-Tie has made several additions and promotions to strengthen its national accounts team serving professional builders and LBM suppliers.

“The national accounts team is committed to prioritizing long-term outcomes. This fundamental value serves as a cornerstone that holds us accountable for making decisions that benefit both our customers and our organization,” Nate Johnston, vice president of national accounts for Simpson Strong-Tie, said. “The new positions we have created within the team will help ensure consistent support to our organization’s sales leaders and maintain a strong focus on our core business objectives.”

As part of the personnel moves, the company promoted Tina Haro to the recently created role of director of national accounts—national builders. In the role, she will oversee all aspects of Simpson Strong-Tie’s national home builder partners, as well as the organization’s builder team.

Simpson Strong-Tie promoted Will Becker to the new role of director of national accounts—pro supply. Becker has held a handful of roles in his 15 years with Simpson Strong-Tie, including dealer and fastener sales rep, territory manager, senior business development-software, and, most recently, senior national account manager-pro supply.

Simpson Strong-Tie also promoted Jack Grant to the role of national accounts builder and technology manager to reflect the company’s recent investments in developing its digital products. Grant will manage some national builder accounts directly, while adding focus on the company’s builder software approach.

“Our relentless customer focus drives us to constantly innovate and develop new strategies to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry,” Johnston said. “As our sales organization continues to evolve, these new positions and fresh voices will help ensure we can maintain consistency and fuel further growth for our company and our customers alike.”
