Sherwood Lumber acquired Middle Atlantic Wholesale Lumber (MAWL), a regional supplier of lumber products. The partnership will provide Sherwood Lumber with an expanded geographic footprint along the East coast.

Sherwood Lumber said the acquisition will provide the company access to new markets and customers as well as expanded distribution channels.
