Russin has purchased the production assets of Golla Enterprises, a factory finisher formerly located in Toms River, N.J. The company said with the acquisition it will be able to further expand its factory finishing footprint and offer “an even higher level of finishing service” to its customer base. Financial terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

Russin is currently constructing a finishing facility expected to open in December. The new facility, which will be located across the street from the company’s Montgomery, N.Y., headquarters, will give Russin improved efficiency, easier access to Russin’s pipeline of raw materials, and improved workflow, according to the company. The company said adding the assets of Golla Enterprises will enhance Russin’s efficiency and ability.

Russin is a manufacturer and distributor of building materials covering 13 northeast and mid-Atlantic states. The company owns and operates distribution, milling, and factory finishing facilities.
