Jennifer Forest was elected by the Martin Sustainable Resources (MSR) board of directors as the chief financial officer (CFO) of MSR and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Martco and Martin Timberlands.
Chairman and CEO Roy O. Martin II has also appointed Forest to the organization’s Strategic Action Leadership Team (S.A.L.T). Forest joined RoyOMartin in 2014 as an internal auditor and became a certified internal auditor shortly after. She most recently served as the controller of Martco.
In the CFO role, Forest’s duties will include protecting corporate assets, according to the company. She will oversee financial operations of the company, including oversight of accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting of all Martco, Martin Timberlands, and Martin Sustainable Resources.
