Roseburg Forest Products announced Cory Boydston, the former chief financial officer of Ashton Woods Homes, to the company’s board of directors. Boydston replaced former board member Judith Johansen, who retired from the Roseburg board in 2022.

“Cory brings deep experience and insight from decades spent as an executive on the financial side of the public and private home building business, which represents a significant segment of Roseburg’s customer base,” Roseburg owner and board chairman Allyn Ford said in a news release. “Her skillset and knowledge will complement our already robust board of directors, and we look forward to her valuable contributions.”

Boydston recently retired after 13 years as the CFO at Ashton Woods. Previously, she served as the senior vice president, CFO, and partner at Starwood Land Ventures, a real estate investment firm focusing on residential land acquisition, development, and financing. Boydston also served as senior vice president, finance and treasury at Beazer Homes for 10 years and held a variety of leadership positions at Lennar Corporation.

Boydston serves on the board of directors and the nominating and corporate governance committee for Builders FirstSource, and serves on the board of directors, audi committee and ESG committee for The New Home Company. Additionally, she is the co-founder of Women’s Housing Leadership Group and is on the Georgia advisory board and chairs the philanthropy and engagement committee for the Trust for Public Land.
