- 84 Lumber plans to open new stores in Stockton, Calif., Denver, and Greeley, Co. in 2023. The dealer also plans to relocate existing stores to larger facilities in Morgantown, W.V., and Sarasota, Fla., and open component plants in Winter Haven, Fla., Columbia, S.C., Boise, Idaho, and Atlanta. New engineered wood products facilities will be opened in the New Jersey and Boston markets and a new door shop is planned for Denver.
