Parr Lumber is acquiring Rochester True Value Hardware & Lumber in Rochester, Wash. Following the acquisition, Parr Lumber will have 25 lumber yards, according to the company.

Plus, the fact that it’s a second-generation, family-owned business resonated with us.”
Parr Lumber operates five divisions across 47 locations: Parr Lumber, Parr Design Centers, Parr Windows, Parr Door & Millwork, and Parr Truss.
