Fortress Building Products entered a distribution partnership with Hall Forest Products to expand the availability of Fortress’ Evolution Steel Deck Framing and Apex PVC Decking. Fortress maintains that the partnership will help the company deliver solutions to more customers through additional dealer channels.

Fortress said Evolution framing, a steel deck framing product, will not twist, warp, crack, or burn like comparable wood framing products and the product carries a 25-year warranty. The product is compatible with nearly any synthetic decking material or hardwood decking. Apex PVC Decking, Fortress’s newest decking material, is 45% lighter than other composite decking materials, according to the manufacturer. The product delivers strong UV performance, enhanced slip resistance, and boasts the look of tropical hardwoods, according to Fortress.
