DalTile’s new RevoTile system adapts its standard porcelain tile offerings to a new floating floor system, designed to allow professionals to install a porcelain tile floor up to two times faster than traditional methods.
The RevoTile system is available in three sizes – 12 by 24, 6 by 24, and 6 by 36 inches – and twenty-six marble, wood, stone and concrete profiles. Each tile features Dailtile’s proprietary ClicFit Technology locking system, designed to maintain consistent alignment without lippage.
To install the RevoTile system, installers follow a three step-process: place underlayment, with no need to apply mortar; click tiles together over the underlayment; and grout immediately with no wait time. The system may be installed over existing flooring, and easily removed when necessary. The system’s joints will not telegraph through plywood or backer board, and no crack isolation or uncoupling mat is required.
