As part of its continued efforts to enhance its relationship with professional customers, Lowe’s introduced the Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards and Partnership Program. MVPs Pro Rewards is available in select markets and will roll out nationwide on March 7.

Complementing Lowe’s strong credit offerings—5% off every day on eligible purchases, to 0% interest for 60 days for Lowe’s Business Advantage accounts—Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards offers new and existing loyalty members access to business resources to help tackle back-of-house operations and exclusive offers for rewards on eligible paint purchases. MVPs Pro Rewards members will also receive Lowe’s e-gift cards when spending in-store and online on eligible purchases and will be eligible to win prizes such as Ford F-Series trucks.

Other benefits include a simple mobile and online user experience, allowing pros the ability to track and claim rewards even when sending a crew member into the store. Additionally, MVPs Bonus Points can soon be used for additional rewards helping pros invest in their business and themselves.

“We’re deepening our partnership with pro customers because when they succeed, we succeed,” Tony Hurst, senior vice president pro, services, and international for Lowe’s, said in a prepared statement. “Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards is another big step in Lowe’s continued Total Home strategy when it comes to the important pro customer. We are committed to a true business partnership mindset to help pros as they grow their businesses and their futures.”

The results of the home-improvement retailer’s recent Lowe’s State of the Pro report found that 90% of respondents said it is important for retailers to have valuable loyalty programs. The State of the Pro report contains insights for pros and their customers, detailing the state of the home industry and trends in homeowner improvement plants, and priority projects for 2022.
