LBM Advantage added two new traders to its team: Alan Rothermel as a panel trader and Steven Emm as a specialties trader.

Rothermel has experience driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the solar panel and automobile sales industries.

Emm has decades of experience in the lumber and building industry, beginning as a lead carpenter for a general contractor. He has also owned a small residential remodeling company and held positions in contractor sales and management at lumber yards across New York and New Jersey.
