Kodiak Building Partners announced chief information officer Brad Becker is retiring from his position. Chad Finnigan, vice president of information technology and cybersecurity, and Andrew Roise, vice president of enterprise applications, will lead the company’s IT department.
According to Kodiak, Becker has been a cornerstone of the company’s technological advancements and strategic IT initiatives since 2013. He will continue on in an advisory role until the end of 2024 to ensure a smooth transition and to support key projects.
Kodiak said the leadership of Finnigan and Roise will be “instrumental” in guiding the IT department and developing technologies that enhance operational efficiency, improve employee and customer experiences, and drive business growth.
Finnigan and Roise will report to senior vice president of LBM Southeast Cliff Shimer. According to Kodiak, Shimer will also take on a larger role within the IT department, leaning on his experience in integrating technology with operational processes.
“I am deeply grateful for Brad’s contributions to the company’s success. His dedication and vision have been key in shaping Kodiak’s IT strategy, and he will be greatly missed,” Kodiak Building Partners CEO Steve Swinney said. “I am equally excited to have Andrew and Chad step into their new roles—their expertise, combined with Cliff’s proven leadership, positions Kodiak strongly for the future.”
