Kodiak Building Partners acquired San Antonio Masonry and Steel, a provider of masonry, stone, stucco, and steel products in Texas. The acquisition is Kodiak’s first construction supply business acquisition since the addition of Barnsco in Austin, Texas, to its portfolio.

For Kodiak, integrating the business into its holdings establishes a deeper foothold in the Texas markets and complements its existing operations in the region.
