A new Harris Interactive survey suggests that when Americans try to save energy today, most don’t go beyond flipping off lights and changing bulbs. The poll of more than 2,000 Americans conducted in February found fewer people had gotten into any dirtier but probably more valuable energy-saving chores, like installing weather stripping and adding insulation.
