Heritage Pool Supply Group acquired Sun Country Distributing and Pool Builders Supply of the Carolinas.
Englewood, Co.-based Sun Country is a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products for customers in Colorado and Nebraska. The company is owned by Michael Condon and Dayton Chapin, with chief operating officer Gregg Klein and chief financial officer Jennifer Fanning leading daily operations.

Sun Country is a natural fit with the Heritage family and will strengthen our network in these states.”
Klein said Heritage Pool Supply Group shares Sun Country’s “commitment to excellent customer service.”

Charlotte, N.C.-based Pool Builders Supply of the Carolinas (PBS) is a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. The company operates nine distribution locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee. Taryn Springsteed and Matt Morgan and the rest of the PBS leadership team will continue to lead the company post-acquisition, according to Heritage.

Heritage Pool Supply Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SRS Distribution, was formed in August through the acquisition of Aqua-Gon. SRS and its landscape division, Heritage Landscape Supply Group, first gained exposure to the pool and spa space through its acquisition of Davis Supply in April 2021. Heritage Pool Supply Group operates a family of 16 distinct local brands encompassing more than 100 locations across 26 states.
