Wheeler's Building Materials, the Rome, Ga.-based dealer that ranked 24th on the 2007 ProSales 100, filed last Monday, Feb. 11, for protection against creditors under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy laws, the Rome News-Tribune reported Tuesday morning. More filings were expected Tuesday.
