Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions appointed Lou Filippone as the company’s vice president of sales. In the role, Filippone will be responsible for sales team leadership, developing new business opportunities, strategic planning to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction, and controlling all sales activities for the Fairway sales organization, according to the company.
“Lou’s extensive background in both commercial building products and a diversity of other industries provides him with an insider’s and outsider’s perspective,” Bob McNally, CEO of Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions parent company Envision Building Products said in a news release. “This will serve Fairway well as we support existing customers while continuing to explore new markets and new customer opportunities.”
Filippone brings more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience to the role, according to Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions. Most recently, he served as the vice president of sales for Graboyes Commercial Window and Glass Solutions, a commercial/architectural custom glass and metal construction company.

Hamilton Township, N.J.-based Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions designs and manufactures custom exterior railings for multifamily and commercial projects.
