Envision Outdoor Living Products, manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings, internally promoted three team members to new leadership positions. The company said the changes come as Envision Outdoor Living Products continues to experience “steady growth while remaining focused on high product quality, ongoing product development and innovation, increased manufacturing efficiencies, and reliable customer service.”

“For the second time this year, Envision Outdoor Living Products is responding to times of exciting change and growth by elevating internal staff to both existing and new leadership positions,” Shara Gamble, president of Envision Outdoor Living Products, said in a news release. “That we are able to make these changes from within our ranks is a testament to the talent and commitment of our team members as much as it is a reflection of the company’s strong position in the industry.”

Rick Gebhart was named director of business process and development. In the role, Gebhart will be responsible for national and home builder account management, sales programs, and support processes, customer account management, and logistics support. Gebhart will direct Envision’s customer experience team, as well as provide guidance and support to the technical services, product development, and warranty services department. The newly promoted Gebhart first joined the company in 2015 as a decking territory manager and has previously earned promotions to the role of western decking sales manager, national accounts manager, and senior director of sales.

Kyle Warwick was promoted to the role of director of sales for Envision Outdoor Living. In the role, Warwick’s core responsibilities will include designing and executing tactical sales strategies, developing and enhancing relationships with customers, and leading efforts to cultivate the Envision culture throughout the sales organization. Warwick joined the company in 2019 as territory manager and was previously promoted to the role of Central Valley division manager/Fastener product manager.

Additionally, Craig Barkume was promoted to the role of business process manager from quality assurance administrator. In the newly created position, Barkume will lead innovative solutions in Envision’s product development efforts and oversee the customer experience team, while continuing his work in code compliance, product development, and technical services. Barkume joined the company in 2004 as an inside sales team member and has received numerous promotions in his tenure with the company.
