Envision Outdoor Living Products promoted Zane Vinson to the role of western division manager and hired Adam Caplinger and Jarrod Moore to the role of southeast division manager and business development manager, respectively. The manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings said the changes come as the company experiences high demand for its outdoor living products and services.
As western division manager, Zane Vinson will align distribution partners and work with sales team members on new and existing accounts while continuing to grow distributor and dealer relationships throughout the territory. Vinson joined the company in 2021 as a regional sales manager. Prior to joining Envision, Vinson worked in sales roles at Dixie Plywood & Lumber and Roseburg Forest Products.
Caplinger will be responsible for growing and developing the sales team in the southeast region and expanding distribution partners within the division. Caplinger spent the last eight years with fastener and screw manufacturer FastenMaster, where he was a field representative, senior sales representative, and territory manager for the southeast.
Moore has previous experience in sales and territory manager and has also worked in deck contracting, remodeling, and design. In the role, he will be responsible for developing and growing new and existing business relationships in Tennessee and Kentucky.
