Envision Building Products recently announced the integration of Fairway Architectural Railing into the Envision family and subsequently launched Envision Outdoor Living Products. Following the merging of the two brands, Envision improved its overall sales team alignment, leading to several internal leadership promotions.
Envision has restructured its sales into smaller, geographically-based teams that align with the combined customers of Envision Decking and Fairway Railing. The company believes the realignment allows Envision Outdoor Living to remain “hyper-focused” on the needs of each region.
“Outdoor living needs and trends are drastically different in the Rocky Mountain Region versus on the Gulf Coast,” Shara Gamble, vice president of sales and marketing, said in a prepared statement. “Restructuring our team allows us to better recognize varying opportunities in each market and develop solutions to meet those unique needs.”
As a result of the restructuring, six year Envision veteran Rick Gebhart has been promoted from national sales manager of Envision Building Products to director of sales for Envision Outdoor Living. In the new role, Gebhart is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s sales operations.
John Purvis has been promoted from national sales manager for Fairway to senior divisional manager for Envision Outdoor Living, where he will lead, guide, and train regional sales managers and assist with key accounts. Charlie Haines, previously Envision’s eastern sales manager, is now the southern division manager for Envision Outdoor living. Haines will oversee the southern division team, enhancing customer relationships and driving growth throughout the region.
Former Fairway midwest regional sales manager James Clark has been named midwest division manager for Envision Outdoor Living. In the new role, Clark will support Envision business development managers within the region, including aligning distribution partners and working with sales team members on new and existing accounts. Kyle Warwick, former business development manager for Envision, has been promoted to central valley division manager/fastener category manager of Envision Outdoor Living. Warwick will continue to build and grow distributor and dealer relationships through the company’s robust product lineup, according to Envision.
Additionally, Tom August was promoted from regional sales manager of New England for Fairway to northeast division manager for Envision Outdoor Living, where he will provide education, training, and sales support to distributors and dealers to bring pull-through business at the contractor/builder level.
“The Envision Sales Leadership team is comprised of experienced leaders in outdoor living,” Gamble said. “Each manager was independently selected because they demonstrated unique talents and abilities that will continue to make us better tomorrow than we are today. They embody the cultural elements that make us successful.”
