Do it Best named Ty Sordelet as its new vice president of logistics.
Sordelet brings over a decade of leadership experience in logistics innovation, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence, according to Do it Best. He joined Do it Best in 2022 as a director of warehouse operations, playing a pivotal role in driving process improvements, optimizing logistics strategies, and delivering value to the company’s members.
Prior to Do it Best, Sordelet served as a pathways general manager at Amazon, where he led changes in fulfillment center operations. Do it Best said his efforts resulted in significant cost savings, enhanced operational metrics, and an improvement in safety standards.
