US LBM, a distributor of specialty building materials, named Russell Tiejema executive vice president and chief financial officer. Tiejema succeeds Patrick McGuiness, who retired last year.
Tiejema most recently served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Masonite International Corporation. He began his career with General Motors, holding multiple financial leadership roles with the auto manufacturer. Tiejema later served as the chief financial officer for Lennox International’s residential business prior to joining Masonite in 2015.

US LBM offers a portfolio of specialty products, including windows, doors, millwork, wallboard, roofing, siding, engineered components, and cabinetry.
