SRS Distribution has acquired San Jose, Calif.-based A.L.L. Roofing Materials, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories. The terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.
A.L.L. operates a network of three branches in San Jose, Calif., Salinas, Calif., and Lake Havasu, Ariz., servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers. The senior management team of Phil Quinet and Michelle Cassidy will continue to lead the local employee base under the A.L.L. banner to ensure continuity and consistency for customers and supplier partners.

With the acquisition of A.L.L., SRS increases its footprint to 12 locations in the northern California region.
McKinney, Texas-based SRS Distribution is a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners. The acquisition is the distributor’s second in 2020 after the company acquired three-unit Gannon Roofing Supply in February. SRS also opened three greenfield locations in Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina in January. SRS operates a family of distinct family of local brands encompassing more than 350 locations across 44 states. The company ranked 7th on the 2020 ProSales 100 list.
