SRS Distribution appointed Amy Jen Su to its board of directors. Su is the co-founder of Washington, D.C.-based Paravis Partners, an executive coaching and leadership development firm.

For the past two decades, Su has been partnering with investors, CEOs, and executives in various organizations to increase leadership effectiveness in ways that are “sustainable and impactful.” Previously, Su served as a management consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton and a strategic planner for Taco Bell Corporation.

The company, a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners, ranked 7th on the 2019 ProSales 100 list. The distributor operates a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 350 locations across 44 states.
