SRS Distribution appointed Amy Jen Su to its board of directors. Su is the co-founder of Washington, D.C.-based Paravis Partners, an executive coaching and leadership development firm.

For the past two decades, Su has been partnering with investors, CEOs, and executives in various organizations to increase leadership effectiveness in ways that are “sustainable and impactful.” Previously, Su served as a management consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton and a strategic planner for Taco Bell Corporation.
