Chicago-based distributor L&W Supply announced the promotion of six branch managers. In the branch manager role, the employees will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability.
Brett Knight has been named branch manager of L&W Supply’s North Fort Myers, Fla., location. Knight joined the company after L&W Supply acquired Coastal Building Materials in 2020. Gulf Coast district manager Regi Shelley highlighted Knight’s “compatibility” with L&W Supply’s core values, noting “he is everything we are looking for in a branch manager.”
Chi Lo has been promoted to branch manager of L&W Supply’s Santa Rosa, Calif., location. Lo has worked for the company for nearly a decade, serving in roles as a warehouse associate, dispatching representative, and inside sales representative. In 2021, Lo was recognized as the Top Inside Sales Representative of the Year for the company’s West region. Northern California and Nevada district manager Dave Hovekamp highlighted Lo’s energy, attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit while acknowledging the branch manager is “highly regarded by customers and vendors.”
Chris Green has been named branch manager of L&W Supply’s Alpharetta North, Ga., location. The newly appointed branch manager joined L&W Supply in April following the company’s acquisition of US LBM’s Rosen Materials brand, where he served as a general manager. Mid-South district manager Brian Murphy said Green is “a perfect fit” for the new role due to his leadership, work ethic, and industry experience.
L&W Supply promoted Michael Parreell to the role of branch manager at its Sun Prairie, Wis., location. Parallel joined L&W Supply in 2012 as a delivery associate at the Sun Prairie location before transitioning to an operations role. Parallel was honored as Delivery Service Manager of the Year in 2020 for the Upper Midwest district. Upper Midwest district manager Mark Woodsum said Parrell has flourished in each position he has held within the company and the distributor expects similar success for him in the branch manager role.
Nick Giuliano has been named branch manager of L&W Supply’s Long Island City, N.Y., location. The new branch manager joined the company in 2018 through a college internship before transitioning to a warehouse role and later an inside sales role. Giuliano accepted the position of delivery services manager at the Long Island City branch in 2022. Mid-Atlantic district manager Butch Kahlau said Giuliano’s industry background and “growth-oriented mindset” make him an ideal fit for the branch manager role.
Tara Nadolny has been named branch manager of L&W Suppy’s Orlando South, Fla., location. Nadolny joined the company in 2017 as an inside sales associate at the Eau Claire, Wis., location and was recognized with a 2018 Inside Sales Excellence Award. At the beginning of 2020, Nadolny assumed the role of branch manager in Appleton, Wis. Florida Atlantic district manager Mitchell Mathews said Nadolny was “instrumental” in driving success at the Appleton branch and the company expects similar success at her new branch in Florida.
L&W Supply, a subsidiary of ABC Supply, operates more than 250 branches in 42 states. The company distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners, and related building products.
