AZEK named Boise Cascade's building materials distribution operation in Baltimore, Md., as its newest Mid-Atlantic region distributor. Boise Cascade will distribute all AZEK product lines to dealers throughout Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, central Pennsylvania and eastern West Virginia markets. The company also partnered with AFA Forest Products, Bolton, Ontario, to distribute its products through AFA’s 14 distribution locations.
Ace Hardware president and CEO Ray Griffith will retire from the hardware cooperative on March 31. John Venhuizen, currently COO, will be his successor.
