Boise Cascade announced the internal promotion of four senior leaders.

“Each of these leaders have achieved significant accomplishments during their time at Boise Cascade,” Nate Jorgensen, CEO of Boise Cascade, said in a prepared statement. “They all have a proven commitment to living our values in support of serving our customers and suppliers.”

Troy Little has been promoted to the role of senior vice president, finance and commodity sales, wood products. Little joined the division in 1990 as an internal auditor and has served in a broad range of financial and operational leadership roles in his time with Boise Cascade. He became division controller in 2016, financial manager in 2018, and was promoted to vice president in 2021.

Joanna Barney was named senior vice president, building materials distribution western operations. She joined the company’s Salt Lake City branch in 2005 and was promoted to senior location controller in 2012, branch manager in 2015, general manager of western operations in 2021, and was appointed vice president in 2022.

Jim Wickham has been promoted to senior vice president, building materials distribution eastern operations. Wickham joined the company in 2008 as the branch manager in Westfield, Mass. He was selected to lead the BMD northeast region in 2016 and was named general manager of eastern operations in 2020. He was again promoted to the role of vice president in 2022.

Nathan Sikes has been promoted to the role of vice president, sales and marketing, building materials distribution. He began his career at Boise Cascade in 2006 as a sales trainer and has served as a product manager, sales manager, branch manager, and southwest regional manager during his time with Boise Cascade. He moved into the division sales and marketing role earlier in 2023.
