Boise Cascade will distribute the Latitudes decking and railing products, as well as the Deckorators CTX railing brand.
Both Deckorators CXT railing and Latitudes decking and railing incorporate weather- and pest-resistant polyethylene fibers into their designs.
"We feel the strength of this offering, combined with Boise's solid reputation for service and representation, will provide a tremendous opportunity for retailers and deck builders in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York markets," said Bill Shellhorn, Boise distribution manager.
The decision comes just weeks after the company posted slow Q4 earnings and predicted a challenging time ahead for Q1 2014.
