Continuing its rapid pace of expansion in adherence with its Ambition 2025 goals, Beacon announced the acquisition of Oklahoma City, Okla.-based Crossroads Roofing Supply. Crossroads operates five branch locations across the state of Oklahoma in Enid, Norman, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa.
“We are pleased to announce that Crossroads is joining Beacon,” said Crossroads co-owners Lisa and Mike Curtis. “Beacon’s relentless focus on its customers gives us confidence that the contractors who have come to rely on us to build their businesses will gain further benefits from Beacon’s digital tools and national footprint.”
Beacon’s acquisition of Crossroads is its fifth in the 2023 calendar year. Additionally, the distributor has opened 14 greenfield locations year to date.

Herndon, Va.-based Beacon distributes roofing materials and complementary building products. The company operates over 500 branches throughout all 50 U.S. states and six Canadian provinces.
