Woodgrain has finalized its acquisition of Trimco Millwork, according to the company. The move brings three locations to the company’s portfolio, including Boise, Idaho; Salt Lake City; and Denver.

The deal was first announced last month. With the completion of the deal, Woodgrain now operates 35 distribution centers and 45 total locations in the United States and South America.

Trimco Millwork is a wholesale distributor of moldings, exterior doors, interior doors, and other specialty building products. Woodgrain said the deal helps extends the company’s national footprint to the Rocky Mountain West region.

Woodgrain is based in Fruitland, Idaho and operates six divisions. The company produces molding, doors, and windows and distributors specialty building products. Woodgrain acquired Huttig in 2022 in a $350 million all-cash deal.
