"It’s rare to find a company such as Snavely Forest Products that has developed a culture of honesty, trust and reliability over more than 100 years of service to their customers and suppliers," Weekes President Tom Le Vere said in a news release. "There are many synergies between our two companies. The footprint of the Snavely distribution centers is a perfect extension to our own with no geographic overlap. Combined, Snavely and Weekes will service 17 states."
