US LBM announced today it acquired Keene Lumber and will make the Muskegon, Mich.-based yard part of its Standard Supply & Lumber unit.
All of Keene's employees will remain with the Western Michigan company and General Manager Kevin Kooi will continue to lead the team, US LBM said in a news release.
Founded in 1935, Keene Lumber;s products include cabinetry and hardware, decking, flooring, roofing, siding and windows. It also does home remodeling, kitchen and bath design, and roof truss design and engineering.
