T.H. Rogers Lumber, an employee-owned dealer with 34 locations in four states, has acquired Gordon White Lumber, a six-unit lumberyard in central and southern Oklahoma, a Gordon White official confirmed today.

The deal strengthens Rogers, based in Edmond, Okla., even further in the state. The company 25 more locations in Oklahoma, four in Missouri, two in Kansas, and three in Arkansas. It became an ESOP in 1993.

Now in its 90th year of business, Gordon White Lumber is in its fourth generation of family ownership. ProSales wrote about the company and vice president Hank Bockus in a My Yardsticks profile in April 2015

Gordon White will operate under the T.H. Rogers brand, and the deal is expected to be finalized July 2.
