SRS Acquisition opened a new greenfield location in Louisville, Ky., under the River City Wholesale name, the company announced today. The facility is the company’s second in the Louisville area and marks an expansion of service in the growing market.
The location will carry a full line of residential and commercial roofing products and will be led by John Thomas, who will serve as branch manager.
“This is an excellent opportunity to increase our footprint in this very important market and we are very fortunate to have an experienced team of people to make this expansion successful quickly,” said Dan Tinker, COO of SRS Acquisition.
SRS Acquisition is based in McKinney, Texas and now operates 78 locations in 27 states under various brand names. The supplier is ranked No. 12 on the latest ProSales 100 listing with 2011 professional sales of $529.2 million.
