SRS Distribution has acquired De Bel Roofing Supply, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing and other related products with two California locations. Terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

De Bel will continue to be a leading provider of residential and commercial roofing products in the San Francisco Bay area and will look to expand our reach throughout northern California supported by the extensive resources of SRS.”
Petaluma, Calif.-based De Bel Roofing Supply was founded in 1989 by Andre De Bel and is currently run by Andre’s sons, Scott and Doug. The company operates a second location in Greenbrae, Calif. Scott and Doug De Bel will continue to lead the company under the De Bel banner to ensure continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employers.

McKinney, Texas-based SRS Distribution is a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners. SRS operates a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 610 locations across 44 states. Most recently, the company acquired New York-based Florence Corporation and Amagansett Building Materials.
