SRS Acquisition opened a new location in Mansfield, Texas under the Southern Shingles brand, the company announced today. The location will service the entire Fort Worth, Arlington and surrounding markets.
It is also the McKinney, Texas-based roofing supplier’s fourth location within the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. The facility will be led by branch manager Spencer Haines.
“It is a positive reflection of our hard working employees here in our home Dallas/Fort Worth market that we have outgrown our existing three locations this quickly,” said Dan Tinker, COO of SRS Acquisition. “We always look for opportunities to better service our customer base, expand our capacity and increase our geographic reach in our core markets and this gives us a chance to do just that.”
This is the company’s second opening in two weeks. On May 31, SRS Acquisition opened a location in Modesto, Calif., under the Roofline Supply name. The dealer now operates 77 locations in 27 states under various names. It is also ranked No. 12 on the latest ProSales 100 listing with 2011 professional sales of $529.2 million.
