Randall Brothers, a supplier and manufacturer of architectural moldings, millwork, and related building materials, completed its previously announced acquisition of PMC Building Materials. Atlanta-based Randall Brothers said the combination of the two companies will create a southeastern pro dealer “with plans to leverage its unique offerings to better serve its most prominent customer segments.”
“We are excited to join PMC and Randall Brothers in a unique service offering that will provide our customers with an unparalleled customer experience,” Luther Randall, CEO of Randall Brothers, Inc., said in a prepared statement. “This is an exciting time for both companies’ and their employees as we join forces to establish a more robust suite of products as well as distribution capabilities.”
With the addition of PMC’s five Georgia locations, Randall Brothers said the company will have the ability to increase its focus and growth in the Atlanta metro area and surrounding markets. PMC Building Materials president Larry Hazenfield said the combination of the two companies “will create an industry leader that is focused on growth while aligning with our customers in order to accommodate their future building materials needs.”
Founded in 1885, Randall Brothers offers a selection of molding and millwork with more than 400 in-stock molding profiles available in a variety of wood species. The company also offers building materials such as fiberglass columns, custom doors and windows, locks, hardware, flexible molding, siding, fire and pressure treated lumber, specialty lumber, and plywood. Marietta, Ga.-based PMC Building Materials ranked 86th on the 2019 ProSales 100 and generated $50.6 million in sales during 2018.
