L&W Supply completed the acquisition of the assets of Oswego Building Supplies, a distributor of residential and commercial gypsum, metal studs, and related accessories in Oswego, Ill.
According to L&W Supply, the Oswego Building Supplies team will join the company as part of the acquisition to provide a transition for existing customers.
“The Oswego Building Supplies team is a great addition to the L&W Supply family and has decades of experience in our industry,” Dan Piché, president of L&W Supply, said in a prepared statement. “This acquisition allows us to serve the rapidly growing southwest suburbs of Chicago so that we can provide even better service to builders and contractors working in that area.”
Chicago-based L&W Supply is a subsidiary of ABC Supply and operates more than 250 branches in 42 states.
