L&W Supply Corporation completed the acquisition of Killingly Building Products. The acquired company operates two locations in Dayville, Conn., and Providence, R.I. The acquisition is L&W Supply’s first expansion into Rhode Island, bringing the company’s operations to a total of 41 states across the country.
“We are thrilled to welcome Killingly Building Products to the L&W Supply family and add our first location in Rhode Island,” L&W Supply president Dan Piché said in a prepared statement. “This acquisition will allow us to be an even stronger partner to customers in New England.”
Chicago-based L&W Supply distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners and related building products. The company operates more than 250 locations in 41 states. L&W Supply is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
