Installation and builder service provider Installed Building Products acquired Storm Master Gutters. Cherry Hill, N.J.-based Storm Master provides gutter installation services to residential and multifamily customers throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, West Virginia, and Tennessee.
Storm Master has an annual revenue of approximately $20 million and the acquisition will expand Installed Building Products’ presence across several northeast, mid-Atlantic, and southeastern markets in the U.S., according to a news release.
“Storm Master’s mix of both residential and multifamily customers aligns well with the current growth we are experiencing in multifamily markets across the country,” chairman and CEO of Installed Building Products Jeff Edwards said in a news release. “Acquisitions remain a key component of our growth strategy and we continue to have a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities across multiple geographies, products, and end markets.
To date in 2020, Installed Building Products have added approximately $60 million in annual revenues through acquisitions. The company acquired gutter installation and repair services provider Nationwide Gutter in June and Royals Commercial Services in March.
Columbus, Ohio-based Installed Building Products operates 180 branch locations and provides insulation installation for residential and commercial builders. The company also offers waterproofing, fire-stopping, fireproofing, garage doors, rain gutters, window blinds, shower doors, closet shelving, and mirror installation services for builders.
