Heritage Pool Supply Group acquired All Iowa Pool, Inc., an independent wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. Terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed.

All Iowa has developed a strong local identity in its market, which we intend to preserve and build upon for years to come.”
Des Moines, Iowa-base-All Iowa was founded in 1947 and is run today by Matt and Deanne Main. Matt Main will continue to lead the company post-acquisition, to ensure continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.

Heritage Pool Supply Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SRS Distribution, was formed in August through the acquisition of Aqua-Gon. SRS and its landscape division, Heritage Landscape Supply Group, first gained exposure to the pool and spa space through its acquisition of Davis Supply in April 2021. Heritage Pool Supply Group operates a family of 18 distinct local brands encompassing more than 110 locations across 30 states.
