Heritage Landscape Supply Group acquired family-owned Davis Supply, a distributor of irrigation, lighting, pool and spa, and other related outdoor living products. Terms of the agreement were not publicly disclosed.
“We are thrilled about the opportunity to have the experienced and dedicated team at Davis Supply join the Heritage family of companies,” Matt McDermott, president of Heritage, said in a news release. “Increasing our presence and scale in Oklahoma has been a priority and we are excited to add these three locations to our growing footprint.”
Three-unit Davis Supply is headquartered in Edmond, Okla. The company was founded in 1984 by Jack and Jan Grigg and is currently run by Jack’s children, Cory and Brook, along with general manager Brad Amen. According to Heritage, Davis Supply will continue to be led by local leadership under the Davis Supply brand name.

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of roofing and building products distributor SRS Distribution. McKinney, Texas-based SRS formed the portfolio group in February 2019.
Since forming, Heritage has acquired Normac, MCS Landscape Supply, Florida Integration Supply, Stone Center of Indiana, Silver Creek Supply Group, Aquarius Supply, Irrigators Supply, Irrigation Station, REAMS Sprinkler Supply, Wolf Creek Company, Atlanta Landscape Materials, and, most recently, Watson Supply. The company has also opened several greenfield locations under the CPS Distributors and Automatic Supply brand names, and launched the HLS Outdoor brand and platform in the midwest region of the United States. Heritage Landscape Supply Group operates more than 120 locations in 24 states across 18 distinct local brands.
