Harvey Building Products today announced that it has acquired Philadelphia-based Northeast Building Products (NBP), a family-owned company that produces vinyl windows, patio doors, and entry doors. The firm has three manufacturing facilities in the Philadelphia area, and the company's windows and doors are sold in 14 states across the country, according to a news release from Harvey Building Products.
"Northeast is a first-class organization and we are excited about their addition to the Harvey portfolio of companies," Harvey Building Products CEO Jim Barreira said. "NBPs product lines and loyal customer base will further Harvey Building Products' capabilities and commitment to serving the large dealer segment."
Founded in 1961, Harvey Building Products is a manufacturer based in Waltham, Mass. The company sells manufactured vinyl windows and doors, siding, roofing, decking, and trim to contractors, general contractors, builders, and other industry professionals. The firm operates four manufacturing facilities with 36 distribution centers and 13 show rooms. Harvey Building Products ranks 14th on the ProSales 100 list, posting $545 million in sales in 2017, all of it to pros.
